- 1 oz Honey cinnamon simple syrup
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz NOËL Reposado Tequila
- 2-4 dashes of orange bitters

- Make honey simple syrup
- Rim glass with cinnamon simple syrup
- Combine cranberry juice, tequila, bitters, and honey syrup
- Shake well until chilled
- Pour into glass and top with champagne
