- 1.5 oz NOËL Vodka
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 3-4 Fresh Strawberry (muddled)
- 3 oz Soda Water (adjust to taste)
preparation
- Muddle fresh strawberries in a shaker.
- Add NOËL Vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake with ice and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water (adjust to taste).
- Garnish with a strawberry or lemon wheel and serve.
