- 2 oz NOËL Rare Rum
- ¾ oz Orange Curacao
- ¾ Lime Juice
- ¼ Orgeat Syrup
- Sprig of mint
preparation
- Add all but rum in shaker
- Pour over ice
- Float rum on top
- Garnish with mint
