Blackberry Old Fashioned
ingredients
- 2 oz NOËL Rare 6-year Barrel Aged Rum
- ½ oz Blackberry Syrup / Muddled Blackberries
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- ¼ Teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1-2 Blackberries & Orange Peel for Garnish
preparation
- Combine the bourbon, blackberry syrup or muddled blackberries, bitters and simple syrup.
- Add ice cubes and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass with a large ice ball.
- Garnish with fresh blackberries and a twist of an orange people.
