ingredients

  • 2 Oz Noël Vodka
  • 1/2 Oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Oz Freshly Brewed Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 1/2 Oz Simple Syrup
  • Coffee Beans for Garnish

preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  • Strain into a chilled glass
  • Garnish with coffee beans

  • 2 Oz NOËL Tequila Cask Finished Rum
  • 1 Oz Orange Juice
  • 2 Oz Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1/2 Oz Grenadine
  • Juice of half of a lime
  • Maraschino Cherry & Orange Slice for Garnish
  • Ice

preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

  • 5 1/2 cups Bloody Mary mix (we like to start with Zing Zang and add to it, but you can always make your own!)
  • 1 1/4 cup NOËL Pickle Vodka
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T olive juice or the juice from the spicy green beans
  • 1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T fresh squeezed lime juice
  • A few drops of hot sauce of your choice
  • 1 dash of savory bitters (like El Guapo Crawfish Bitters) optional
  • Celery Salt to taste (optional)
  • Cajun Seasoning for garnish (optional)

preparation

  • Pour all ingredients into pitcher and stir
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
  • You can also rim each glass with cajun seasoning for an extra kick! (Optional)

  • 3/4 ounce vermouth blanc, (white or bianco vermouth, not dry)
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1 bar spoon (1/2 teaspoon) grenadine syrup
  • 1 orange twist
  • 1 maraschino or amarena cherry, for garnish

preparation

  • Add the rum, vermouth, triple sec, and grenadine in a cocktail mixing glass.
  • Fill two-thirds with ice and stir until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  • Hold the orange twist over the drink with the colorful side facing down, and squeeze the peel, misting the surface of the cocktail with flavorful orange oil.
  • Discard the peel and garnish the cocktail with the cherry.

  • Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg to taste (You can also sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to taste with or without the nutmeg)

preparation

  • Run the lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass
  • Dip the rim into a plate of salt or Cajun seasoning, add ice and set aside
  • Add sliced jalapeños to your cocktail shaker
  • Muddle gently using a cocktail muddler or the back of a wooden spoon
  • Add all the liquid ingredients
  • Add ice and shake until properly chilled—at least 30 seconds
  • Strain into prepared rocks glass
  • Garnish with a slice or two of jalapeño
