A drink for true coffee lovers! Espresso martinis have grown in popularity tremendously over the past few years and we can see why! The combination of espresso, coffee liqueur, and NOËL Vodka creates a super-smooth drinking experience!

Serves 1

ingredients

  • 2 Oz Noël Vodka
  • 1/2 Oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Oz Freshly Brewed Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 1/2 Oz Simple Syrup
  • Coffee Beans for Garnish

preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  • Strain into a chilled glass
  • Garnish with coffee beans

  • 1 1/2 ounces NOËL vodka
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash rosewater
  • 2-3 slices cucumber
  • 5-7 fresh mint leaves
  • Sea salt
  • Dried rosebud or edible flower, for garnish (optional)

preparation

  • Muddle the cucumber, mint, and simple syrup in a shaker (or skip muddling for a blush-colored cocktail).
  • Add remaining ingredients and ice.
  • Shake and double strain.
  • Garnish with a floating dried rosebud or edible flower.

This recipe makes a lot, so it’s perfect to serve in a pitcher for brunch or day drinking. You can fill it up and let people pour their drinks and garnish with their own favorite vegetables.

Party Size

ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups Bloody Mary mix (we like to start with Zing Zang and add to it, but you can always make your own!)
  • 1 1/4 cup NOËL Pickle Vodka
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T olive juice or the juice from the spicy green beans
  • 1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T fresh squeezed lime juice
  • A few drops of hot sauce of your choice
  • 1 dash of savory bitters (like El Guapo Crawfish Bitters) optional
  • Celery Salt to taste (optional)
  • Cajun Seasoning for garnish (optional)

preparation

  • Pour all ingredients into pitcher and stir
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
  • You can also rim each glass with cajun seasoning for an extra kick! (Optional)
  • Pour into glass filled with ice
  • Garnish With Vegetables

ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces NOËL Pickle Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 dash of savory bitters (like Bittermens Scarborough Savory Herbal Bitters or the El Guapo Gumbo Bitters)
  • Sprig of fresh dill for garnish

preparation

  • Add the vodka, dry vermouth and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very well-chilled, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
