  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz Cointreau

  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz NOËL Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz honey water (Dissolve 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey in 1 cup of hot water. Allow to cool.)
  • 2 dashes rose water

preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with rose petals (fresh or dried).

Spicy Jalapeno Margarita

Serves 2 people

ingredients

  • 4 Oz NOËL Tequila Blanco
  • 1 Oz Grand Marnier
  • 1 Oz Agave syrup
  • 2 Oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 Wedges of lime
  • 2 -4 deseeded jalapeño slices
  • Coarse salt or Cajun Seasoning for rimming
  • Ice

preparation

  • Run the lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass
  • Dip the rim into a plate of salt or Cajun seasoning, add ice and set aside
  • Add sliced jalapeños to your cocktail shaker
  • Muddle gently using a cocktail muddler or the back of a wooden spoon
  • Add all the liquid ingredients
  • Add ice and shake until properly chilled—at least 30 seconds
  • Strain into prepared rocks glass
  • Garnish with a slice or two of jalapeño

  • 1oz Club Soda
  • 1 Sprig Mint

preparation

  • Muddle fresh mint in a cocktail shaker.
  • Put Tequila, Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup into the cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Add club soda, shake once, and pour into a glass.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
