The distillery is located inside the former Donaldsonville power building. Its origins begin around 1895 with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and historical details. The building is a feast for the eyes. We completely remodeled the building, but kept as many of the original details as possible. This giant open space is great for events as well as tasting our ultra-premium spirits.
